#284

So, I log on facebook today to see a "question of the day" type thing asking: "If there was only one problem in the world, which one would you tackle?" with the options of:
1. Children in Need
2. Terrorism
3. Hunger/ Lack of Water
4. Poverty
5. HIV/AIDS

Only I would take the time out to thoroughly think about the question because I have nerdy tendencies like that. I chose poverty, but I wasn't surprised to see "children in need" as the top answer because that's what sounds good. But if you think about it, if we can lower poverty rates then the amount of children in need would be lowered as well as hunger and the lack of water.

Point proven.

As for HIV/AIDS, it is totally avoidable. [in majority of cases] I don't really have any comments on terrorism besides that it is unfortunate that counties are fighting one another, when they could be helping eachother.
