I've been listening to a lot of Lauryn Hill lately. Specifically, "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill". Which is definitely in my top 3 albums of all time alongside Tribe Called Quest's "Midnight Marauders" and Erykah Badu's "Baduizm"...in no specific order. I received this amazing album as a birthday gift on my 9th birthday. I think that was the first dose of soul I had ever had, besides hearing Whitney Houston, Anita Baker, and Aretha Franklin on the radio as a kid growing up in Philly, but this time it was MINE. I no longer have that copy of it. Hey, shit happens when you're 9 lol Anywho, I've been also giving deep thought into her career and where she is now. I've heard that she resorted to drugs, had a mental breakdown, and I've also heard that she opted for the suburban life; which makes perfect sense. (I should be a psychiatrist haha) This is a great ARTICLE where Pras, Wyclef, and Rohan Marley speak out on the issue. I just hope she makes a comeback...SOON! I need some Hill in my life.

This woman can sing melodies into your soul.

It's one thing to be talented, but to to be talented AND beautiful. That's a double whammy!
